There are certain movement patterns that you do every day, even when you’re not aware of it. These movements are integrated into your daily activities, whether you’re working around the house, yard, playing sports, or in the gym.

The intention of functional strength training is to master these movements so you perform them safely and more efficiently throughout your day to reduce injury and get the most out of life.

There are 7 basic movement patterns that my programs are built upon.
