Feel strong and confident in your body

No matter what your fitness or experience level, you will gain new insights into your body’s ability to move and strengthen.

Angela has been a strength and conditioning coach for nearly a decade working with all ages and abilities in one-on-one and small-group settings.

Her classes offer a full-body workout - targeting the core movements of push, pull, press, hinge, squat, and lunge.

These movements offer the best bang for your buck in terms of full body strength and shaping your physique.

Outside of those core movements, you’ll be asked to engage in ground-based movements that increase in skill and complexity over time - slowly working toward movements like the video below.
